The Mind Research Foundation in association with Esko conducted a session on the importance of Work-life balance, bringing into light the direct relationship between the work environment and mental health.
The session focused on providing individuals tips on how to cope up with stress, build resilience, prevent early burnout and the importance of being mindful to lead a better quality of life.
